CARMEN APPLEGATH

Chef Carmen graduated from the prestigious DuBrulle French Culinary Institute in British Columbia, Canada and started her career in the well-known Raintree Restaurant.  With further training at Vancouver Community College she utilized her skills in several restaurants, four-star lodges and the world-renowned Four Seasons Hotel. Over 17 years experience as a Chef in the culinary industry has led her to become the Chef and Owner of Amuse Bouché, a personal Chef and Catering Company in Toronto Ontario.
