JUDSON FLOM

Chef Judson Flom is one of Toronto new and upcoming chefs. He discovered his love and talent for cooking as a white water rafting guide on the shores of British Columbia. From there Chef Flom went back to school to study under many of Toronto's best chefs at George Brown Culinary School. After graduating he worked in the field with Oliver & Bonacini and Pusataries Fine Foods. He then ventured away from home to work in Israel, Spain and France. While in France he defined his French style of cooking in the region of Maussane les Alpilles. Now both feet are firmly set back in Toronto he is continuing his education as a professional Fromager while maintaining a personal chef and catering business.
