Sera Antheunis

Chef Sera graduated on the dean's Honour list at George Brown Chef School in 2005 and has since travelled to France to train at Institut Paul Bocuse, a top French Culinary Arts Institute. Returning back to Toronto Sera became the Sous Chef of Beer Bistro, and then Day Chef of Cowbell Restaurant. Sera is now currently the Owner and Chef of a locally sourced butcher shop as well as the Sr. Sous Chef at Milestones Bar and Grill on John St downtown Toronto.
